“We Are Venom”

It’s finally here, the character called, ‘Venom’, that so many MARVEL Cinematic Universe fans were disappointed by with his portrayal in ‘Spider-Man 3’ through actor Topher Grace, will now be comic-accurately portrayed in the new upcoming film set to release on October 5th, ‘Venom‘, with the great Tom Hardy taking up the role as the character, ‘Venom’ .

Tom Hardy’s Venom and his long, slippery tongue made the meme rounds in May when the first trailer for Venom dropped.

In the second trailer, which was released on July 31st, Venom’s tongue is out in full force: He gives a full-on wet willy to one poor unfortunate soul in this trailer.

It’s safe to say, this trailer is a lot more Venom-ful. Hardy’s Eddie Brock-turned-Venom villain scales a raised subway track, defeats a S.W.A.T. team, destroys an office, and chats with a trembling man in a grocery store. This trailer gained an increased amount of marketable attention, so much that online businesses are utilizing the trailers current relevancy in the massive market of MCU fans and general movie-lovers, that they’re providing discounts with meals if they present the movie ticket to them on the day of release (October 5th).

Welcome to the world, Venom. Know that the internet is weirdly into you, just as it was into Thanos (Josh Brolin).
